Loki ka Khatta DaalchaKhatta Loki ka Dalcha. Vegetable and lentil is very tasty combination. And when they cooked combine it tastes more. This tasteful dish is also great for lunch with chapati and salad.
Ingredients
Brown Lentil 1 cupBottle Gourd 1 kg
Ginger garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tbsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Green chilies 4
Curry leaves few leaves
Salt to taste
Tamarind Pulp 1 cup
Cinnamon powder (roasted) 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup

Instructions
Wash brown lentil with lukewarm water. Add water in cooking pan and boil lentil until soft. Blend the lentil in blander.Take a pan and warm oil then add ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, and turmeric. Cook about 2-3 minutes.
Stir in bottle gourd then add blended lentil, green chilies, curry leaves and salt. Add ½ cup water and cook until bottle gourd is soft.
When bottle gourd is tender, add tamarind pulp, sprinkle cinnamon powder
and simmer for 5 minutes. Delicious Loki ka Khatta Daalcha is ready.
